Reef cleaners is terrible shipping and quality. Tried multiple times but they suck. Check out saltwateraquarium.com. great size cleaners and quality with stellar shipping.

John rocks disagree with the negative review above. But that's my experience vs theirs.
Yes each has their own experiences. Tried John multiple times. Got the same wet napkin in shipping with dead snails. Yes he does credit losses but he wanted interior anatomy pics of each dead snail...lol.... switched to Saltwateraquarium.com and was pleasantly surprised at superior quality. Very large healthy inverts professionally packaged individually by species better then most coral or fish vendors. Everything alive and healthy and competitive pricing so of course there are strong alternatives to what may or may not have been good previously.

This is my second order from reef cleaners. First one was great, this one is lost in transit. I could find no contact email or phone on the web site, just a web contact form. Hopefully John will contact me back. I feel sorry for all the critters that are loosing their life due to USPS right now.

Did John not email you to confirm your order?

I've gone through John at reef cleaners multiple times. The only downside to it is that he includes a LOT of extras of the smaller snails, probably because it's a massive pain to count them individually so a few handfuls and he calls it a day lol.

My recommendation (after experiencing this twice): if you're buying one of the packs based on tank size, halve the order by choosing a pack half the size of your tank. You'll still get a few too many but it's way more manageable. You can also probably email him before he sends it out and he'll be a little more thoughtful with the amount sent.

I personally have used reef cleaners several times. You have to think about them as if you are buying in bulk or wholesale. You usually get way more critters than you pay for so be prepared for that. Also the packaging is a little more “industrial” than you might see from somewhere else. Reef cleaners warns on their website not to order if weather conditions are not ideal. If you live far away from FL you should definitely pay extra for overnight shipping if possible.

Taking all this into account I recommend reef cleaners 10/10.
