Reef clubs in Australia?

Does anyone know of any reef clubs in Australia preferably in Sydney or Paramatta.
Ive heard many people saying that they have greatly benefited from this however I can't find any companies that ship here, let alone clubs here.

How tricky is getting a coral collection permit in AU? Always been curious.

Im not sure but id imagine very difficult because the Great Barrier Reef is in quite a bad spot at the moment and most places I've heard of that collect coral are in Darwin so there are not many places that collect it. Plus our government is pretty strict with this stuff they don't even let algae barn etc ship here
