Reef cycle time

So I’m new to the hobby, my tank has been cycling for a while, I added dr Tim’s live bacteria and ammonia followed the instructions of course. Been testing with my API master kit and I’m reading 0 ammonia and nitrates and 8.0 ph. My question is when do I conclude that the cycle has ended and I’m ready to start putting in live stock

Can you clear 1-2ppm ammonia in 24 hours? Nitrites 0 as well? If so I'd say you're over the first part of the cycle and could add a fish and keep checking.
