Reef Diapers: Just sharing

I switched over to a cup and poly-fill a while back because I was tired of washing socks. It’s one of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to my tank in my opinion, I would be more than will to try the diapers if they were more beneficial. Where is the best place to purchase this product ?
The Reef Diaper is available on Amazon with free shipping.

When is the RS version going to be available?

The modified flanges for the Red Sea sumps are complete. We are just waiting for the shopping cart to be added to our website. Hopefully it will be finished this week.

Just changed my DIY Diaper. One week of Detritus and Skimmate.

I ended up just putting a powerhead in my first chamber to keep debris moving after noticing my second chamber where a regal skimmer resides was pristine.

No work for me and no waste for the planet :)

So... Update to the original post:

I've been using the diapers for a while now. I think I've leveled off the nitrates at about 4.0 with the increase in coral feeding (The corals think I'm amazing, and who am I to argue), but something unexpected has occurred. My phosphates (which have been rock solid at +/- .1 forever) have dropped to less than .08. Once again, I can't attribute this to the diapers, but once again I do.

This time, I just don't get it. With the increase in nutrient import, I can't fathom how I can increase nitrates and have a decrease in phosphates just by trading my socks for the diapers. My mind tells me there must be something else going on, but I can't figure out what it could be.

Everything else seems to be consistent. Alk/Cal consumption, etc... If anyone has a theory, I'd love to hear it. @Reef Diaper, if you have a theory, lay it on me.

Whatever it is, I'm kinda likin it. :)

It's difficult to say since there are so many variables. Did you change the type of food when you increased the coral feeding? It would be interesting to hear from some of the chemistry experts.
