Reef drain rate

For a 350 Gallon with 3x drain for bean and 2x returns would you go with 3x1.5 inch and 2x1.25 inch or should you up them to 3x2inch and 2x1.5 inch? Or the weird 1x2inch 2x1.5inch and 2x1.25 as sometimes people make the emergency drain bigger. Looking to push about 3000GPH through the sump.

I would say the bigger the better with drains
