Reef Dynamic Skimmer...What Pump?

I am picking up a Reef Dynamic ps...body only. It is the INS 135. Can anyone tell me what types of pumps can be used on this skimmer? Does it HAVE to be the modded ecoplus or sedra needlewheels? Is there another pump out there that can be used on this skimmer?

Hmmmm...I guess no one has ever heard of a Reef Dynamic skimmer? It is, what used to be, a Euroreef skimmer. It is the protein skimmer that is being made by an ex-CEO of Euroreef. It had been powered with a Sedra 5000, which needs a new impeller. I am not sure I want to replace the impeller and want to explore other possible pump options.

Hi Herefishy!!!...I use the Sedra 5000 on my skimmers and have had to replace the needle wheels...I dropped them both!.. $35 each...just an FYI....why we can't buy just the ceramic shaft is beyond me...but they work well for me

Amazon or MarineDepot....think both and a few others ...just googled...seems price went up a bit to $39.99 though
