Anybody know anything about reef dynamic. I have two pieces of equipment. My skimmer pump INS180 needs a pinwheel rotor. I emailed Jeff and got an auto reply. Out of business. Info about parts on website. But the website is gone. Any info?

Wow that just happened I got an order from them a few weeks ago. Thats the worst thing I think I ever heard. Sorry
If its an INS it should have an ecoplus pump and they were the only place to get a pinwheel impeller for that pump I know of. you may have to switch to a sedra pump which comes with a pinwheel impeller.
I was selling a euroreef skimmer but now I think I will keep it. I just can't believe it.

Best news that I had I have read all day.
After spending a ton on a xrc 1500 with them that a good planter in the yard

This is a bummer. I love their stuff!

I will never get rid of my euro reef rs250. I too had to switch pumps to a sedra but its a champ

The first TRADE SHOW I did in Las Vegas around the early 90's my booth was next to Jeff's. It was his second show with the Euro Reef Skimmers boy could they produce the froth:) I wish him luck he made a difference in our hobby regarding skimmer knowledge!

Yes he really. Your right about the foam they produce. I have tried so many skimmer that just can't come close to the foam that they produce. I tried so many skimmer years ago before finally finding the Euroreef's I can't believe we are stuck with these cone skimmers now. I know some work good but I guess I like what I know work great.

Just what i read somewhere.... "Business deal gone bad...Pending lawsuit, Jeff will get back on his feet"

so which sedra pump will and can work for Reef Dynamic INS-80?
My eco plus 633 pump on my Reef Dynamic INS-80 died so I am i also looking for a new replacement pump . thanks

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find a replacement pump for your INS 180? My INS 180 went bad too. Maybe someone can recomment a replacement pump. The one on the OEM Replacement link is for the models INS135 and INS150 and I'm sure not going to buy and Eheim pump for 300.

I know that this is an old thread but I was wondering if anyone has a Reef Dynamics skimmer that they replaced and is interested in selling off, looking for a INS180 or larger.
I have refurbished and used an EuroReef skimmer in the past and really liked it. I would love to do it again.
