Reef energy A&B

Just opened these bottles of Red Sea reef energy A&B. The A doesn’t look bad, but the B part smells TERRIBLE. Is that normal?

I can honestly say I have never smelt it, but if it’s in date its probably fine.

It’s inside the date and was brand new. Just didn’t know it would smell that bad.

I’ve never used the 2 part, but Have you ever used the new AB+?? It’s a one part solution. It’s fluorescent green. It’s doing wonders for my corals. I posted a pic of the before and after pic of my one day results on my ICP vs. hobby grade Thread but nobody cared lol they’re too fired up about chemistry now. But that stuff is like steroids! I’m really happy with it

I’ve been using the ab+ for probably 6 weeks now and really like it. I’ve been using C Balance from TLF and here lately if I dose it, my alk and cal go through the roof. Wasn’t watching it very well and in about a month’s time, my alk went from around 9.5 to over 13. Stopped dosing and it went back to normal within a few weeks. Been using the c balance for about 7 or 8 years with no issues like that and out of nowhere it started raising it like crazy. Mainly wanting to get something a little better for a daily dosing. I’ve got the ab+ set up to dose 10ml a day over a 4 hour period and swap out jars every other day
