Reef energy AB+ and benereef?????

I just ordered a bottle of R.E. AB+ and I need some advice. I've been using acropower and benereef and bright well amino not all at the same time I mix it up. I saw some good reviews on the AB+ so I want to try it out. Now I also read that some people experienced bleaching when underdosing so I seen some suggestions of adding food with it. Will benereef count as that? And can this stuff really bleach your corals when under dosed ??? Any advice,input,suggestions will be highly appreciated!

There is no way reef energy caused a coral to bleach. If they underdosed it and were starving their tank then maybe the coral died from them having no nitrogen or phosphorus in the tank (crucial to the corals).

One thing to keep in mind with many people saying "x" caused bleaching (or whatever else), is that they tend to fall prey to "after this, therefore because of this" fallacy which plagues this hobby (and people in general).

Reef energy is basically dissolved food and vitamins.

Thanks man was really worried about that. Would it be better to dose smaller amount daily? Or amount they recommended twice a week? And would benereef go good with it?

You can feed benereef with it or separately.

As for how much to dose it is up to you. Their recommendations assume you follow their method but it doesn't hurt to dose how much they recommend. You can make a little cocktail of coral food and mix it with the benereef.
