Reef Enhance Bread

The wife ordered some Liverock Enhance from a vendor over here in the UK. He sent her Reef Enhance in error and refused any responsibility for his mistake and accused her of some elaborate scam, lol. However it appears both products are identical except for some magic enzyme added to the reef enhance that is omitted from the liverock version.

My question is thus;

Why on earth does it look and smell like bakers yeast?

Could it be a very expensive yeast?

What makes things worse is that she ordered some Liverock Enhance from somewhere else because the original vendor wouldn’t replace it. Now I fear we are gonna have two tubs of yeast in the fridge, totalling £60, bless her

Dosing Yeast

Skip through this video to the 10 minute mark, Jamie mentions he is dosing yeast for bacterial growth. Wondering if anyone has a dosing schedule like vinegar or vodka. Also has anyone tried this carbon source?
