Hey guys Im looking for a good epoxy to use in my tank to keep corals the way I want on the rocks.
I was using one from China, but its all gone now, and I cant find it anymore.

I use superglue make sure it's the gel u can use epoxy I've used the stuff they sell at petco but I'm sure there r others who would know better but I like to move corals and the superglue bond can be broken fairly easy

Plain old Otay putty from lowes or home depot works fine and is an off white that blends in in a short time.

Gel superglue works if the gaps arn't too big...just be a little careful - had fish try and eat the stuff before it setup a few times...they panic a little but it comes off after a bit.

Can any of these be used while wet? I bought some reef putty under the impression that I could glue frags directly to my LR without removing/drying the LR. Boy was I wrong. Removing my LR to dry it before gluing a frag is simply not realistic for me.

Yes Otay putty and superglue gel will work underwater....

Otay is not that sticky - its often as much of a shape bond as a glue bond...but stick it on and position your coral underwater - it will cure.

Same is true of superglue - pile on a blob on the plug or whatever and position underwater - hold - hold - hold and release - maybe it will stick - sometimes not - and try again.

Both cure underwater.

Would this work? Reef safe?
