I currently have a Vectra S2 return pump with a battery backup, and I'm looking to swap it out for a RF Base pump 5000. I'm wondering if it's possible to use the BB on the base pump, and if so how would I go about this? Is it a case of getting a 2 in 1 adaptor or is there more to it, they're both 24v by the way.

Don't think that's possible mate, tried and tried to make it work with a Reef Octopus pump as well with no luck..

Reckon you will have to look at DIY options!

Yeah DIY for sure! I’ve seen another post where a guy used the below adaptor to plug his Ecotech booster plug into, and the other end plugged straight into his Nero and it works fine. I’ll be trying that once I get down to the electronics shop.
