Reef factory doser smart reef connection problems

Guys

Anyone have one of the reef factory dosers , a year old so not the new one

I can’t get it to connect , it shows in my network but asks for a password and in the manual it doesn’t give one of am o not doing it right? It won’t bring up the list of networks

Keeps dropping the wifi

I’ve stopped my vpn and now it finds my network but the doser isn’t in my network list now

I’ve rebooted router, reset doser , deleted app and reinstalled
Why won’t it join my network?

So it’s a problem connecting to my network but don’t know why?

Dodgy router
Reef factory 4 head set up , 5ml triton be for now as usuage is low

Well currently 1.2kh per 24 hrs so gone with 10 ml as it’s 3a+b combined so need be double the calc and mag
