Blue jaw triggerfish are considered one of the most peaceful triggers so u can keep it. It may not bother your wrasse and clownfish but not sure about goby.

It depends what size tank you have (Dimensions are best over gallons as a fish doesn’t care about how many gallons there are and instead wants the territory and length/width to spread its fins).

Most probably ok if the tank is a reasonable size, I've had blue throats bite healthy parasema damsels in half in a 70 gallon quarantine tank.
