Reef flux and calcium reactor

I just started my fluconazole treatment for my tank I turned off the skimmer removed all chemical filtration but I do have a calcium reactor running 24/7 .

Is it okay to have calcium reactor running during the treatment for 14 days? thanks

Should be fine. No different than running a doser with calcium I would assume. Turn off the UV and watch PH
