Reef Flux and Diy Nopox

I'm on my 3rd day of Reef Flux I've been reading its best to have a Fuge to remove the nutrients released into the tank as it dies I don't have a Sump or Fuge Could I dose my Diy Nopox to remove the phosphate and Nitrate while using Reef Flux? It's a 40B dosed on Monday with Reef Flux
