I starting Reef Flux last night and I forgot to pull a bag of carbon in the sump. I pulled it early this morning
So.. is the reef flux a waste at this point?
Should I dose again?

I'd wait a few days, maybe even a week to see if the Reef Flux has any effect.

You can do a dose that is double the recommended level. I did a 150% dose and the only things that died in my tank was the bryopsis algae! And I have some uncommon inverts that all survived unharmed.

Good luck.

Thank you Ron. I'll wait a week then add another 50% of the dose

If you don't see any reduction in the algae, I'd do another 100% dose.

I did 100% and 3 days later, after I read that the 200% dose is OK, I did the extra 50%. And I have some unusual critters that all seem to be perfectly OK at the 150% dose level.
