Reef Flux

Hi all,
I reccently for Reef Flux to care if the Bryopsis in my 30 long. I have several questions:
Will the reef flux hurt my corals?
Will it hurt my inverts? I have a peppermint shrimp, a Blood shrimp, and an urchin that I worry about.
I heard that I need to turn off skimmer and carbon- do I need to remove the skimmer or just turn it off? What about my UV filter?
Is it okay if my filter socks are dirty?
My tank is an AIO, should I put the recommend amount of chemical into the overflow (where the pump is)? If not where?

Thanks in advance, I’ve never used any chemical or dosing nutrient before.

I just found a neon goby with ich- is it a bad idea it be dosing ich medication with reed flux?

A lot of Ich meds are not reef safe and will kill your inverts. Also a lot of ich meds are made to help the fish manage ich and will not get rid of it. Once ich is in your tank its there to stay unless you go without fish for 76 days

hmm. I'm using PolyLab Medic, and the ich is mild on a single tiny fish. Will it inhibit the spread of ich?
