Was wondering what is a good reef glue that once opened,it can be resealed and used again...Was using Sea-chem Reef Glue but have to through the tube away, after a few times of using it...It hardens the cap on so tight, you need wrenches to open it and over time it gets so beat up the tube rips open...
Does any one know of a better product or a way of making this work better...Thanks in advance-not a friend of these tubes, maybe a different type of container...

I’m still a big fan of IC-Gel even when they changed the cap. Just clean the tip with a paper towel when your done and your good to go!

I had the same problem. I switched to the small Super Glue Gel tubes that are sold at Home Depot or the Dollar Store. I use them one time, then throw them away.

Thanks worked a lot better ,i also coverd tip with vasalone, helps a lot...

No problem! Just make sure you shake it up each time before use or it'll come out watery. I haven't heard of the Vaseline trick, I'm gonna give that a try.

Storing super glue in the refrigerator ... I store ALL of my adhesives and sealants, not just reef stuff, in a fridge. Definitely extends shelf life. Do not let them freeze!

Take a picture of the back and let’s see the ingredients. I think you should be ok but let’s make sure.

Cyanoacrylate is cyanoacrylate, don't get caught up in fancy packaging or brand names.

I use this stuff

Can sometimes be found 4 for $1

Its cyanoacrylate gel like all the others
