UPDATE:
So we are nearing the 48 hour mark and still I have that issue with my sand. I noticed the rocks are a tad cleaner but that is it. I am not worried because it seems to be an issue that never ends but never progresses much worse. I did buy a new RODI Membrane as well. Here is my next plan of attack.
Does anyone know if Chemiclean will exhaust itself or would I need to complete a 20% water change as the instructions say.

- Check parameters again and see where i am at. Who knows...maybe my PO4 went up and keeping the bacteria on the sand.
- If everything reads okay, I will start dosing a little MicroBacter7 to see if I can fight the bad bacteria with good bacteria.
