Does Avast Marine Reef Jerky really provide everything a FOWLR tank needs?

Livestock: Chromis, Clown, Goby, Firefish, Pygmy Angel, Pyjama Cardinal, Skunk Shrimp, emeralds, various snails, hermits.
Equipment: 130gal, Apex, and Avast Plank, Skimmer, ATO, Chaeto Fuge, Tank Camera, etc and everything is fairly automated
We usually use the Avast for 1 min x 4 times a day and for fun we feed frozen variety cubes various times. However, we are going on a 2 week trip with a pet sitter stopping in daily to make sure all of our pets are safe. We are hesitant to let her try and get involved with our tank outside of emergencies and wondering if the Reef Jerky is adequate. We have noticed everything but the Skunk Shrimp (rarely Cardinal) will seemingly eat the jerky as it hits the water.
