Ok, I feel really dumb. I bought and installed my Reef Keeper Lite under my aquarium, but I have no idea how to set it up or program it. It came with a quick start up guide which was easy enough to follow, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to program it.

Does anyone have experience with this that could help?

did it come with the USB connector. if so download the software and hook it up to your computer. Its easy to program. what functionality are you looking to use ?

It did and I downloaded the software. I was able to update the software on the device, but I can't figure out how to program the outlets. I must be doing something wrong. I watched youtube videos on subject, but they are not that specific about programming. I plan to call customer service tomorrow and see if they can walk me through it.

The Digital Aquatics Support Forum was very helpful for me. I was able to communicate with other users like ourselves an not just the Techies.

So, I have an RKL, and the thing that threw me for a loop was not realizing that you needed to select Modules first - you select modules, then you'll scroll to the appropriate power strip, press enter, then you can program the outlets. You need to go to the second option which is something like "type" (I forget) then you can choose lights, cooling fan, heater, etc... Mine controls my lights, my pumps, my heater and my fan. Its a great device for the money. Feel free to pm me questions.
