Reef Led 90 intensity

After a long enforced wait, I finally ordered my first reef tank yesterday. A Red Sea Reefer 200 XL deluxe.
I've seen a few threads about the lights but not much involving smaller tanks like the 200.
Can any experienced users advise me on the intensity I should be working with?
My plans for the tank are LPS and zoas, so not light intensive.

For LPS, most people aim between 150 and 250 for par. The mounting arm of your light goes up to 11 inches. Mount it at that height. Then use the blue channel at 100% and the white at whatever you find pleasing. This should be good for LPS and softies.
