Reef LED 90

Welcome! That will be hard to determine based on tank height, rock scaping, etc. without an actual PAR meter.

Need help determining what percentage of blue and white light on a reefer 90 LED to equate to a 150-250 par for my 100 gallon tank. Newbie since 12/21
With any new light , start low and build up . I recommend 35% blue and 10% white and gradually increase to 75% blue and $30% white and see how it balances and how corals are responding

Welcome - agree and depending on were you are in the "ugly cycle" and what you want to do with algae, would favor blue and back off on whites as vetteguy suggests. and should rent/borrow/acquire a PAR meter...

hope to hear more from you

I would go with the default 20k setting with acclimation mode on, set to 30 days for 50%. The RS90 is reef spec. I would turn off the moon mode initially.
