Hi everyone

I am looking at building a large led fixture using led pucks with multiple leds in clusters and came across this company and I was wondering if anyone has used any of their leds/drivers or controllers to build a DIY fixture.

I have spotted the LED Groupbuy Lumia and also the Rapid Led Aurora pucks and any opinions on those would be welcome as well especially opinions on comparisons between all three brands.

Cheers Shane

Have you looked @ Dave's pucks at NanoBox? Hard to beat for the price and proven by all the lights he has in circulation. I have 4 that I diy'd into a homemade fixture, no color banding like the Lumia that have all the same color in a row. No experience on the last two. I love my light.

Thanks for the nanobox link Marc, interesting looking led array they have but does not have many channels of control (4 x nanobox versus 7 x ReefLLC) but certainly an array I will study further.

Version 3.1 (same price) is probably shipping now & adds another channel. Not many changes cause its a very well designed puck color wise, but i think he sourced diff RB maybe & split the lime off onto its own channel. If you never run an array with lime, you're do yourself a disservice, no benefit to coral, but huge benefit to the eye. Ive heard people compare his lights to the look of MH.
