Reef light looks dim,Luminous decay?Lose luminosity???

Hey Reefers,
I have a 16" black box reef light, the blues are noticably dimmer at full power then the whites..compairing them to my other lights they are dimmer then everything else.

I guess the issue are the drivers,so I replaced all drivers on the light,but unfortunately,it's same problem

Anyone know what the issue is? Luminous decay?Lose luminosity??? if so,what causes the chip to lose luminosity? What case will speed up the Luminous Decay?

Not sure, if its that obvious, you might have a issue. does it have a dimmer?

but eitherway eyeballs are a poor judge of actual PAR ...
..a meter is the only way to be sure

Yes, it has dimmer. I have the PAR meter.
The PAR rating droped 50%, lol..
