If your gonna spend $300 plus I would recommend removing the bio cube lid and hanging a hydra 26 so your tank can be set up for a long time! I have 2 hydra 26s on my 90 and I payed $299 for each of them. They will give you strong penetration for sps, Lps, and softies, and you'll get great color and great control.

I would recommend somewhere around 10-12 hours of total light, I run blues only two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening with whites mixed in the rest of the time during mid day.. A 60-40 ratio of blue vs white seems to be a good target for mid day lighting.. Here is a idea of ramp up schedule I use

Hey guys,

Sorry I was tired. Let me elaborate. I already have the led upgrade posted in the first post. Steves led with a typhoon controller attached. With this controller I can ramp up and down the lights once a day. I currently have the lights at 40% and am ramping up to 70% white and 60% blue (I have zoas and acros). Don't want to burn or bleach anything. My concern is with only being able to pick time the light is active and fade time. What would be the optimal setting to be successful with the range of corals I plan to get.
