Reef Link, I need help!!!!

ok I purchased a Reeflink from a private party and I cannot get my computer to recognize the Device on my computer. I need help ASAP. I downloaded everything and signed in and when I connect it with just the USB cable nothing happened. Please help

The problem is that the person you purchased the reeflink from still has it associated to their Ecotech account. Contact Ecotech to have it removed from their account. Give them the serial number on the unit.
