Reef link issues

I have just purchased a used reef link, can get as far as logging in but after that, I am presented with a message telling me someone else is already logged in and my reef link will factory reset. Have reset it too many times and am very annoyed. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. R2R people, please help me. My first experience with Ecotech and this is what I get. lol
