When switching to the apex as a controller for radion and vortec pumps will I lose all previous settings?
Are you required to reprogram lights and pumps from scratch?

Yes. You have to reprogram

Yes you will need to reprogram. The good thing is that there are many schemes that people use that are from the coral labs A&B
That you can download and use and try and may match what you are using

Also, If you have multiple Radion's you can use the copy configuration button which is handy...
