Hi,

What is a good app for iOS to manage my tank and have good helpful advice etc?

TY Mark

I'm not sure it actually qualifies, but I like the Aqua calculator for iOS. Good way of keeping track of parameters, can keep a log-book of events, animals/inverts added, set reminders, some conversion features added in etc.

But that's mostly for water chemistry :)

I downloaded "Aquarimate" last night and am getting all of my tank info added. You can list all livestock, equipment, supplements, etc. Then it allows you to set a maint. schedule or dosing schedule for each item. It allows you to set up feeding schedules and also keeps track of costs associated with your tank. You can also list multiple tanks and it will remind you of maint. needed on each as they are due (you set frequency). It seems good but I'm still exploring what it will do and well it does it.

It also has calculators for adjusting salinity, calcium, magnesium and others and timers for running water tests.

FYI- it is a $9.99 app but if all works as it should I think it's worth it.

+1, been using it for a few years. The only "issue" I have with it is that it only keeps one test result per parameter per day, and it's really a non-issue.

Thanks for the info will check them both out.
