REEF MAT 1200- KEEPS ROLLING

Hello,

Has anyone had an issue with the Reef Matt 1200 where it keeps rolling. I had it roll 231 inches in a hour the other day and 131 inches today. The roll was totally clean. Please let me know if anyone has had this issue and if there is a fix. would be greatly appreciated

I have the smaller Reef Mat 300. Take a look at the water level sensor and actual water level in the filter. Does the roll advance when the water level is not present at the sensor? To move that much mat, id think the sensor is registering water when it's not there. If it does advance, id say the sensor may be faulty and worth a call to Red Sea.

There's also a setting to for the amount of roll to advance at a time in the app. This will give you some fine control once you get the issue sorted.
