Reef move, run vinagre or not?

In the process of moving tank about 40 feet already drain, reef livestock in tote and tank rinse. My question run vinagre overnight or get water ready? Im not transferring anything back until at least tomorrow possibly Sunday anyway but back is killing me. Should have skip the gym this morning. Anyway spend a bit more time now or leave tank as is.

I ran vinagre last year when I move and like the end result tank looked new.

Just to better clean the system, gf helped last night and left running overnight. Need to scrub with the magic eraser, drain, and rinse when I get home.
