New to salt water reef tanks. I'm a freshwater guy from way back. Decided to try a salt setup. Been running about a week now. Got live rock and a few snails and hermit crabs. Waiting on cycling.

Congrats on making the jump to saltwater! Just a few tips for your set up that may help you not have some headaches in the future. It looks like you are running an air stone. Over time you may see that causes a lot of salt creep around your system. Also that hollow rock on the left side make sure you are getting good flow through it as stagnant areas in the tank can cause you headaches with things like cyano. Other than that looks great! Good luck and feel free to reach out if you ever have questions.

I ditched the air stones. I like it much better. Thanks for the suggestion!
