Reef Nutrition Mysis Feast Smells Rotten

I bought my first RN Mysis Feast from my LFS yesterday. I opened it for the first time and there was no seal. I am curious if there is a seal expected other than just the cap. Also, it exploded and smelled like rotten eggs... Should it smell like rotten eggs? I can maybe think it exploded if it was to cold in my fridge and froze. More concerned about the rotten egg smell. Very Strong.

Sounds like it's gone bad, return it or pitch it, don't use it.
