Reef nutrition mysis feast?

Is this stuff any good? I see the protein isn't that high. Is if as good as frozen? Also best foods to feed to try to get my fish fatter?

That particular bottle isn't any good at all. It expired on '09!

Being serious for a moment, I've never tried it, but I've yet to encounter a fish who isn't crazy about their bottle of roe. I've also used their oyster feast for corals, which the fish manage to swallow some of and enjoy.

No that's the day of the month lol. The year is next to that it's still good. And I want to fatten my trigger up a little
