Arctipods because they are a little larger and both fish and LPS can eat them and Oyster Feast because they're super tiny and the sps can eat them, it also makes everything open up for feeding
Oyster feast is pretty awesome. Feeds your stony corals. Arctipods are pretty good because the fish will eat them as well. If you are looking for a food for specifically coral, then do oyster feast and rotifeast.
I've been a big fan of all of them for years. But due to recent nutrient issue I've been forced to more closely scrutinize what I put in the tank.
Curious to hear what you "stick head" (sps guys) like. On the bottle they suggest Rotifeast?
I've never dosed any phytoplanktons to this particular tank and don't see any adverse side effects. Anyone feel as though that is a critical component to be dose on a mixed reef tank?
