What are is the flow rates on the UV and how old is the bulb?

What are is the flow rates on the UV and how old is the bulb?

Not sure how old the bulb is, I got this used a few weeks ago from the dude that sold me my new tank. After realizing it was too small for my system I decided not to install it. pened it up and the bulb looks new.

As for flow rates that varies on the wattage, this one’s the 25w 120v/60HZ 0.48 amps
