So I can not figure out how to tune my skimmer she keeps on having dry skimate that is annoying to clean! Any tips would be great

I have that skimmer, it’s not particularly picky on water level, so perhaps try that
BTW, from the pic that bad boy looks pretty tuned in to me, personal choice perhaps

Every skimmer I've had the air valve is always wide open. Adjust water height and play with the water feed valve.

As far as cleaning, running under water, a couple swirls with a bottle brush and the collection cup is squeaky clean.
