Is the air intake clogged?
I just took the entire thing apart and cleaned again . It's working better now but it still isnt right .. I'm doing something wrong just not sure what lol.. and not matter how I insert the red tube it's like it's backwards .. the low settings makes it over flow and the high settings lowers it .

I understand what you mean about it seems like it is backwards because the white tube tends to wrap around. You mentioned that you took the entire thing apart - did this include removing the red tube and the white tube (and making sure the inside of the white tube is cleaned - pouring hot water through the tube should normally be enough)? Also, make sure the white cap is clicked into place on top of the red tube and that the red tube is fully connected into the T at the bottom.

Pouring hot water down the white air hose will often help. Additionally doing a thorough pump clean with a good pump clean solution also can make a difference.
