Reef Octo Feed Pump??

I decided to switch from my Bubble King Double Cone 200 skimmer to a Reef Octo Regal 200EXT Recirculating Skimmer.
The bubble king is a great skimmer but I now have room for a Recirculating Skimmer.

Its recommend to use a pump 600 and 1000 GPH so that is a pretty wide range.
Various 2?? 3?

Anyone with experience with the 200EXT? I have always ran bubble kings so something new with hopefully better results

I found that, I think a Varios 4 should do the trick
