so I’ve been looking at some used skimmers on here and was wondering if there is a huge difference in performance between the Reef Ocotpus 150 INT and the reef octopus 150s.

I know the 150s is more compact and the 150int has a wine bottle shape to it. But other than that is there any performance differences?

From what I can see, they both utilize the Aquatrance 2000 pump. I think the difference in them is going to be size of the body itself for different sump setups.

that’s what I figured would be the only difference, but wasn’t sure if the shape would affect the performance or not

I'm not a skimmer guy, but iirc the INT should be able to utilize more of the body since the pump is external, therefore (theoretically) making it more effective.
