Reef Octopus 1000 HOB Noise

In the videos I have watched, these seem to be pretty quiet machines. Set mine up today, and it's making a bit of a racket, like a cheap air pump. Don't know if you can make it out in the video.

Normal, yes/no? If no, what can I do to quiet it down?

Bought it used (hence no top bracket), maybe that is why?
