Reef Octopus 152s crazing

Does anyone else have this problem with their skimmers? What causes this? I always use r/o water and no chemicals to clean, not even vinegar. I've had a couple other skimmers in the exact same spot with no problem. A few "cracks" wouldn't bother me but half the body has hundreds of cracks some an inch long.
I contacted their customer service and the reply was "what country are you contacting us from" I responded and never heard back from them again...

It originally came from a place called Coral Vue.
It doesn't affect it in anyway, it just looks bad and it's less than a year old....

You can contact coral vue , i hope you have your receipt from purchase...and them they send you really fast a replacement a new skimmer body...dont worry about that...i never had complaint with coral vue...

I have to agree, CoralVue has always taken care of any problem quickly, although I have never bought directly from them, they stand behind their products!

My 250-s classic came from BRS with a missing foot. I contacted coral vue and they sent me a new foot with in the week. Great customer service, you should be taken care of.

Wow. That doesn't really inspire me to go buy a Reef Octopus....which is what I was thinking about.

Yeah these is the reazon #1 , for buy all our equiptment from company like coral vue, they always respond a take responsability about our issues with they products...5 star for them!!!!
