Used this on my nano setup for about 6 months before I took it down. It works like new! And it’s a great skimmer, it actually started to skim clean freshwater when I was testing(see pic below)!
There is some dead coralline algae on the rim of the little holder thing(see picture) and it’s on the pump itself(see picture) however this doesn’t affect performance at all and if you really wanted to scrub it for a few hours it would come off.
Some of the red coloring around the base has started to fade (see pics) but it doesn’t affect performance obviously. I would still use this if I had a nano setup and I would definitely buy it again. I only ran it at night because it skimmed too well.
