Looking for feed back on a Reef Octopus calcium reactor with Varios pump.
Anyone had a difficult time trying to stop it from leaking at the union where the pump intake is ?
Thanks

That is a nice pice of equipment! I would encourage you to reach out to CoralVue support (support@coralvue). They may be able to help with suggestions to resolve the issue - good luck!

Please contact us so we can help: [email protected]. That will open a trouble ticket for your case so that we can help you solve the problem. I haven't used that reactor myself, but they'll assign the ticket to whoever has the most experience with that product to ensure you get the best answers possible. Sorry for the trouble!

Add a little lube, on the threads. I have both the RO Calc reactor on external Skimmer with Varios pumps, the skimmer leaked a bit. The lube stopped it. 1 year no leaks.

Thanks everyone. I don’t have one but do know of a friend that did and had this issue. CoralVue looked after him.
