Reef Octopus Diablo Series

Does anyone know what happened to this line? I thought they were quite popular once and now all you see is just the Regal line.

I ask because I saw on Coralvue website under their Outlet section there is a Diablo 300 EXT up for sale for $550 and it comes with the newest VarioS 6S pump. I did some comparison and the specs looked almost identical to the Regal 300EXT which is priced at $1,100 right now. With the pump replaced to the latest DC line I feel this is a steal. Can anyone chime in and tell us what are the main difference between the Diablo and the Regal line please?

Haha no worries. Mine has been up and running for a while. I think they had quite a few for sale. Very nice skimmer so far.

I have a Dablo 160XS...have had it going on 4 years...Good skimmer...has worked flawlessly...

I was just playin. Didn't realize this post was from Sept. Mine should be here today. No way I could pass on a 50% discount, especially with the new pump!!
