How old is unit and is pump in good working order? Also how do you adjust airflow on skimmer?

I bought it new and used it a little over a year and a half. Everything works great only selling because it won't fit under my new build. It has a gate valve to adjust airflow, u can't see it in the pic cuz it's on the backside
