Reef Octopus Dual Calcium Reactor Leaking

I purchased a used Calcium reactor yesterday, it's up and running but there is a puddle on top of the lid where the two John Guest fittings

and ph probe holder is. Do these fittings thread into the lid or would they be glued in?

They are threaded in (John guest). You can put Teflon on it. While ph holder should have a rubber gasket.

The probe holder wasn't seated enough for the o.ring to seal, fixed it. Thanks
