Reef octopus elite s skimmers, what size do i need?

Im changing my skimmer on my 425xl tank and ive decided on a Reef Octopus Elite-S skimmer but unsure whether to go for the 150-s or the 200-s.
My tank is heavily stocked with lots of sps.
Also any real world reviews of these skimmers rather than the usual marketing and paid for reviews.

I would get the 200sss, just make sure the footprint fits.
